Sign Up Time!

Details

When:  2nd Friday of each month, from September through May, 10am-2pm.  Those with only young children can leave at noon or stay for a picnic lunch and leave at 1pm.

Where:  El Paso's Upper Valley on the West Side, address will be provided to participants (my home)

Who:  Children aged 3-18

How:  To sign up for 2nd Fridays Co-op, send me an email at mdavesmoore@yahoo.com, with the following information:

       1.  Name and age of each participating child

       2.  Name of parent(s)

       3.  Specific area where a parent will volunteer--see link on right side entitled "Sign Up for Parent Volunteers" in order to find the volunteer areas.  Each volunteer area is first come, first serve.  If the volunteer areas are full, substitutes and assistants will be needed.  Since this is a co-op, each family is asked to help in a specific area.  Once I receive your email, I will add your name to the list so other parents know which areas are filled and where we still have a need.

By emailing me this information, you are agreeing to participate for the 2013-2014 school year.  Due to limited room space, we have a limited number of child participant openings  for each age group.  Right now we have openings for 7 children in the 3-6 age group, 10 children in the 7-12 age group, and 8 teens.
